i already extracted that fix to my wicked ro folder. still an error. want a SS ?

yep i installed the full client and patched the clients too. i followed all the steps in your guide.

Please install NET Framework 2.0 or latest. That would fix your problem.

What Operating System is installed in your computer? I'll give you a link on the installer of NET Framework..
